An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Manager to enhance and uphold safety standards across multiple sites. This pivotal role involves ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while fostering a proactive safety culture. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Health & Safety Manager to join our clients dynamic team. This role is crucial in maintaining and improving the Company's Health, Safety, and Welfare policies and systems across all sites. You will work closely with management and staff to ensure legislative compliance while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, approachable, and will have a positive attitude. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to influence all levels of the business. You will ideally be qualified to at least NEBOSH Certificate level or equivalent, and will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications too. Having a strong understanding in auditing and investigating Health & Safety matters is also highly desirable.
The role offers a competitive starting salary, excellent benefits as well as progression and development opportunities. A flexible work schedule would also be required due to the requirement to travel across Company sites as needed. The role may require occasional out-of-hours work to ensure all sites remain compliant with Health & Safety standards.
