Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily operations of the gym, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
2. Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service.
3. Develop and implement fitness programs and group classes.
4. Monitor and analyze gym performance metrics.
5. Engage with members to foster a community atmosphere.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience in gym management or a similar role.
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
3. Knowledge of fitness trends and best practices.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
