Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
2. Lead and inspire staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Manage budgets, schedules, and ensure the facility is well-maintained.
4. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase membership and retention.
5. Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines.
6. Handle member concerns and feedback with professionalism.

The Person

1. Proven experience in gym management or similar roles.
2. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Passion for fitness and a customer-first mindset.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
6. Group Exercise and Group Training skills.
7. Experience in the Fitness Industry and Personal Training.
8. Knowledge of Exercise Physiology.
9. Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively.
10. Certification in Fitness Management or related field.
