£30, plus 10% bonus

An exciting opportunity to lead a brand new health and fitness club as Club Manager in the beautiful seaside town of Aberystwyth! This is a unique opportunity to join an extremely fast-growing franchise business with big growth plans. The gym is a state-of-the-art boutique facility kitted out with top of the range equipment and technology. My client requires a dedicated and passionate Gym Manager who is focused on growing the membership base and delivering a superb member experience.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Driving sales and awareness campaigns in the local community.
2. Focusing on member retention and high levels of customer service.
3. Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and operating the club within guidelines.
4. Managing, training and developing the in-club team.
5. Developing marketing campaigns to attract new members while staying within budget.

The Candidate:

1. A background in fitness is ideal but not essential. A background in sales is mandatory.
2. Highly driven with a positive and proactive attitude is a must.
3. Ability to interact and be ‘hands on’.
4. A strong knowledge of the sales process and generating leads from internal and external sources.

This is a fantastic job in fitness which requires the successful individual to take ownership of the gym as if it was their own business. You must be an outgoing character who thrives in and enjoys meeting the demands of a fast-paced environment head on!
