Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for a Claim Center Tech Lead / Sr Developer to join the team of IT professionals in a permanent role. Education Details: BS or Equivalent

Job Locations: Portsmouth NH (Hybrid)

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum 4 years’ experience in Java
2. 4 years’ experience in Guidewire Claim Center Configuration/ GOSU development
3. Experience in production support process -e.g. Monitoring, Critical call handling, release day support, basic understanding of DevOps pipelines etc.
4. Develop code components in GOSU language as part of change control process to implement new functionalities in Guidewire CC.
5. Work on Guidewire Catch jobs development.
6. Experience in configuring destinations and pub-sub event model of GW.
7. Fix application defects by doing code changes, develop unit test cases using GUnit as per process.
8. Participate in business requirements and functional requirements gathering calls, which involves a review of existing systems configurations and operating methodologies as well as understanding evolving business needs.
9. Analyze and design technical specification and functional specification documents for Guidewire Claim Center application functionalities as per business requirements.
10. Participate and drive Kanban calls.
11. Organize and drive defect walk-through/KT meetings to Production support and other teams.
