6. Be the first point of contact for guests via phone and email, delivering a warm and helpful service
7. Provide a personalised experience, ensuring every guest interaction feels special
8. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of The Celtic Collection and all its services to assist guests effectively
9. Work efficiently back of house, handling guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and attention to detail
