We are currently looking for a passionate Guest Relation Executive to join our Guest Relations Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. As a Guest Relation Executive, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- To provide a friendly and efficient welcome using guest names and information provided by a property management system
- Role model warm and open behaviour as a standard at all times
- Use various computer systems; knowledge of Opera is highly preferred
- To keep guest profiles tidy, merging and keeping information and feedback up to date
- To be fully aware of all VIPs, care guests, and long-stay guests arriving, residing, or departing the hotel on any given day, assigning appropriate Welcome card and amenities relating to a detailed Arrival check
- Be aware of the VIP amenities, family stay, celebration packages, stock, and costing responsibilities
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
