About the role:

As Guest Experience Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our guests and various hotel departments. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and smooth coordination of activities, requests, and services across the hotel. Your exceptional organizational skills and multitasking abilities will allow you to navigate multiple systems and prioritize tasks to guarantee our guests receive the highest level of service.

What you will do:

  1. Serve as the main point of contact for guest requests, inquiries, and concerns, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction.
  2. Coordinate between guests and departments (front desk, housekeeping, concierge, spa, dining, etc.) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  3. Utilize various hotel management systems to track, manage, and follow up on guest requests and services.
  4. Monitor guest activity and ensure that all special requests, bookings, and amenities are delivered promptly and accurately.
  5. Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and events to provide guests with accurate information.
  6. Assist with pre-arrival planning and special occasion coordination to ensure personalized guest experiences.
  7. Respond to guest feedback and assist in creating improvements based on guest suggestions and needs.

What you will bring:

  1. Proven experience working with multiple computer systems and hotel management software.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  3. Previous experience in a fast-paced customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  5. A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate guest needs and resolve issues efficiently.
  6. A passion for delivering outstanding service and enhancing the guest experience.
