We believe having an audience is the most powerful asset you can have - it represents a ready made customer base to which anyone can sell the right product(s), and on which you can launch and scale a business fast. We’ve had a lot of success with this model, and manage a portfolio of 65+ creator brands across physical and digital products in fitness, fashion, beauty, nutrition and wellness, education and productivity.

We are a fast-growing, ambitious company (team is a 100+ with global offices) that has achieved so much already, but knows there is still so much more opportunity to go after, which is why we are building out our high-performing team.

THE ROLE

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for optimising the key performance metrics of our websites, landing pages and online presences, across our portfolio of brands. The brands you would be bringing your expertise to are a mix of digital subscription platforms, digital course/community platforms, and e-commerce brands, across fitness, courses, nutrition and apparel.

We are looking for someone with a strong data and performance marketing background who can use their expertise, insight and tools to drive strong performance across user acquisition and conversion metrics.

In this role you would work closely with the commercial, performance marketing and e-commerce teams to identify issues and opportunities for improvement and then execute the plans at pace. We are a curious business, and experimentation is encouraged as we know that things can always be improved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end to end optimisation and performance of:
  • Digital subscription apps conversion funnels and performance metrics, including onboarding journeys, web to app funnels, etc.
  • Course platforms conversion funnels and performance metrics, including purchase journeys, down and upsell funnels, checkout conversion, etc.
  • E-commerce (shopify) platform conversion and performance metrics, including CVR, AOV, post purchase selling flows, repeat customer flows etc.
  • Optimisation: Analyse user behaviour and site performance to uncover conversion opportunities and use an evidence-based approach to website optimisation through quantitative and qualitative methods to truly understand our brands’ products and customers.
  • Testing: Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests to enhance user experience and increase conversions across shopify and webflow touchpoints.
  • Strategy: Formulate and implement strategies for optimising key digital touchpoints, using insight and data-led hypotheses to design new funnels, journeys and lead magnets.
  • Shopify: Clear understanding of Shopify, its checkout, features to be able to improve CVR across multiple brands, funnels and product journeys.
  • Execution: Own the end to end process from setting the strategy to executing it with the help of the team.
  • Reporting: Maintain performance reports to inform the wider business of the effectiveness of strategies and tests, and to inform prioritisation of workloads.
  • Portfolio: Be able to work across 10-15+ live brands and manage timelines, tests and workload effectively.
  • Thought leadership: Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing to ensure we remain at the forefront of digital and social commerce.

Ideal Skills + Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Growth Marketing role within digital consumer platforms, preferably with experience in some of the following categories: fitness and courses.
  • Experience designing and implementing lead magnets for digital businesses.
  • Analytical thinker and problem-solver with a deep understanding of the metrics and data, and A/B testing, and the ability to translate data into insight and action plans.
  • Real in depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other optimisation and funnel tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

The kind of attitude we’re looking for:

  • A naturally curious problem solver.
  • The ability to work across multiple projects at the same time at pace.
  • Someone who really takes pride in their work and the quality of their output.
  • A genuine willingness to roll up their sleeves and get work done and make things happen, whether it’s reporting, analysis, execution or jumping on a call with a client.
  • A willingness to learn, improve and refine their craft.
  • Someone who’s naturally interested in creators, social commerce and social content.
