What will you be doing?

  1. Own and drive growth marketing initiatives end-to-end. From strategy to execution, focused on driving acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
  2. Build and manage scalable demand generation campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  3. Develop tailored messaging and positioning to reach and engage Primer's ideal customer profiles across segments.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Design, and Customer Success to align on go-to-market efforts, share insights, and continually refine our customer journey.
  5. Design and execute experiments to test growth hypotheses, leveraging data to iterate and optimise campaigns.
  6. Contribute to strategic projects that help refine our growth engine. This includes funnel optimisation, channel expansion, and campaign automation.
  7. Stay on top of industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging channels to identify new growth opportunities.
  8. Track and report on performance metrics to ensure visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  6. Strong project management skills. Organised, resourceful, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  7. An energetic presence and positive attitude that lifts up the people around you.
