Job Description:

As Airbox’s Growth Marketing Manager, you take full ownership of our marketing strategy and execution, from top-of-funnel demand generation to conversion and pipeline acceleration. You’ll manage a small team of junior marketers and oversee a broad range of activities including content creation, events, branding, and digital community engagement. You’ll be expected to contribute to our revenue quota and own clear performance metrics tied to pipeline and marketing-influenced revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the growth marketing strategy with a clear focus on qualified pipeline and revenue contribution
  • Manage a team of junior marketers, providing mentorship, structure and performance accountability
  • Lead cross-channel campaign planning and execution across paid, email, web, events, and social
  • Oversee content creation strategy and production – blogs, whitepapers, webinars, thought leadership, etc.
  • Manage our digital community presence across social media, newsletters, and owned media
  • Position Airbox as a thought leader in our space through strategic storytelling and executive profiling
  • Own and operate Hubspot (marketing side) as our primary marketing automation and CRM system – campaign setup, lead nurturing, segmentation and reporting
  • Align closely with Sales to ensure campaign-to-pipeline conversion and revenue impact
  • Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, funnel metrics and ROI
  • Run experiments and A/B tests to continuously optimise funnel performance and conversion rates

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in a growth or demand generation marketing role within a B2B environment, specifically tech sector
  • Direct experience managing and coaching junior team members
  • Expertise in Hubspot (required) for marketing automation and CRM functions
  • Proven track record owning marketing performance metrics tied to revenue and pipeline
  • Strong project management and execution skills – able to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery
  • Confident content creator and editorial strategist with a strong grasp of brand and voice
  • Experienced in building digital communities and driving engagement across social platforms
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (1 in-office day a month)
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills – written and verbal

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience working in SaaS
  • Familiarity with RevOps and attribution models
  • Prior experience working in a scale-up or a fast-moving start-up environment
  • A good understanding of (either from direct experience or from selling into) emergency services, law enforcement, or military.
