Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

We are the first chain abstraction protocol, founded in 2021 with the mission to solve increasing fragmentation between rollups and chains.

Over the last 2 years, we've facilitated over $11bn in volumes. We're leveraged by the top protocols & applications in the space like Metamask, Coinbase, Rainbow Wallet, Zapper, Zerion, OpenSea, Aevo, Matcha & more.

We are looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead growth for Bungee. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with B2C crypto products and has a proven track record of scaling user adoption in the Web3 space.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and execute innovative campaigns to grow Bungee protocol's adoption (user base and volume)
• Optimize performance marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine user onboarding and retention strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Foster an engaged Bungee user community in collaboration with community managers.
• Leverage partnerships with protocols, chains, and dApps to drive growth through co-marketing and ecosystem initiatives.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve acquisition and retention efforts.
• Track and report key growth metrics to measure success against goals.
• Develop and distribute content that effectively communicates Bungee's value proposition and educates users on Web3.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing for B2C crypto or blockchain products.
• Deep understanding of Web3 ecosystems, including DeFi and layer 1/2 chains.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to draw insights from various data sources.
• Experience with paid acquisition, KOL partnerships and content marketing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with community-led growth strategies and building engaged user communities.
  
  

• Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• Hands-on experience managing user acquisition for wallet or DEX products.
• Proficiency with Web3 analytics tools like Dune Analytics or Nansen.
• Proven ability to execute partnership-driven growth strategies.
• Passionate about blockchain technology and driving Web3 adoption.
