Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Growth Marketing Director to join our innovative team. This pivotal role will drive our growth marketing initiatives, contributing significantly to Sokin's expansion and market presence.

As Growth Marketing Director, you will design, build, and operate a scalable, efficient machine to drive customer acquisition and enhance lifecycle engagement. Your primary objective is to generate high-quality traffic, nurture prospective customers into active product users, and maximize their adoption and satisfaction. To achieve this, you’ll own a suite of global growth levers, including Performance Marketing, Website/SEO, and Lifecycle Marketing, while collaborating closely with local Growth Marketers to ensure tactical consistency and excellence worldwide.

Sokin has a rapidly increasing client base ranging from sports & entertainment to logistics, travel, and more. We have grand plans and are looking to add to our already brilliant team to help us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

Global Growth Strategy Development:

Design and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that aligns with Sokin’s business goals.

Own and optimize the end-to-end customer funnel to increase conversion rates at every stage.

Performance Marketing:


Lead global performance marketing efforts, including paid search, social, and programmatic channels.

Drive cost-efficient customer acquisition through data-driven campaign management and optimisation.

Website & SEO Management:


Oversee the development and optimization of Sokin’s global website to enhance organic traffic and conversion.

Implement robust SEO strategies to drive discoverability and engagement.

Lifecycle Marketing:


Create and execute lifecycle marketing programs to onboard, engage, and retain customers effectively.

Leverage email, in-app messaging, and other CRM tools to nurture customers towards deeper product adoption.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:


Partner with Product, Data, and Regional Marketing teams to align global and local strategies.

Work closely with the Analytics team to derive insights, test hypotheses, and refine campaigns.

Team Leadership:


Mentor and lead a high-performing team of growth marketers and collaborate with regional teams to achieve aligned objectives.

Promote a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Metrics for Success:


Increase in high-quality traffic and lead generation.

Improved conversion rates from lead to product usage.

Enhanced customer retention and lifecycle engagement.

Growth in global brand awareness and alignment with regional strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a Growth Marketing leader in a fast-scaling organisation.
  • Expertise in performance marketing, SEO, website optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and ROI measurement.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
