About Our Client

A leading b-b business in London who are looking for an interim senior marketing and comms manager for a new hire. It is a 6 month interim position and you will have 1 direct report. They are looking to hire someone with maritime and energy experience.

Job Description

  1. Collaborate with Division and Group teams to deliver a marketing and communications strategy and plan, aligned to company priorities.
  2. Work in partnership with Strategy/BD team to manage market intelligence, informing marketing strategy, plans and tactics.
  3. Lead marketing content and campaigns, including appropriate channels, tools and tactics for delivery aligned to Maritime customer needs.
  4. Work in close partnership with Digital team to harness power of digital channels, managing and/or maintaining key martech.
  5. Develop and deliver Internal Communications plan and tactics.
  6. Develop and support External Communications plan and tactics.
  7. Manage and deliver key tradeshows and events, in partnership with the team.
  8. Support key leadership engagement and meetings e.g. QBRs, strategy, safety stand-downs and more.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Degree in marketing, business or related degree preferable.
  2. At least 10 years' experience or similar, in-house and agency.
  3. Strong creative background, design and campaigns.
  4. Background/knowledge in Maritime.
  5. Breadth of experience, including marketing, internal/external communications and events.
  6. Experience working with leadership teams, delivering to high standards.
  7. Passion and demonstrable evidence for safety in all we do.
  8. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  9. Excellent with managing budget control.
