Group Scrum Master - 39985 - £50.47/hr umbrella rate

What You Will Do:

1. Guide and coach team members towards achieving self-management and cross-functionality, ensuring high-value product increments.
2. Facilitate all Scrum events, ensuring they are positive, productive, and within the allocated time.
3. Communicate with stakeholders, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement within the Agile Release Train.
4. Represent and escalate impediments to Programme/Vehicle Teams, supporting with obstacle resolution.
5. Assist in the preparation and refinement of the Product Backlog, ensuring clear and concise items linked to stories/features/capabilities.
6. Govern effective Product Goal definition and manage the group Product Backlog, facilitating stakeholder collaboration as necessary.

What You Will Bring:

1. Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar role within an Agile environment, ideally in the automotive or related industries.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to facilitate, coach, and mentor teams towards achieving their objectives.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a knack for navigating complex project landscapes.
4. A deep understanding of Agile methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery of value.
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
