The Role of the Group Risk Account Handler

• Client Management: Handle renewals, claims, adjustments, and client reporting.
• Negotiation & Renewals: Prepare presentations and negotiate premiums with insurers.
• Advisory Expertise: Provide confident and authoritative advice to clients.
• New Business Growth: Cross-sell products and secure new business through referrals.
• Autonomous Workflow: Work independently, managing a busy workload effectively.

What You’ll Need as a Group Risk Account Handler:

• Group Risk Insurance Expertise: Minimum 2 years of broker experience in this field. (Essential – Do NOT apply if you don’t meet this requirement.)
• Health/Private Medical Insurance Knowledge: Strong understanding of all classes of health insurance.
• Broker Background: Proven experience working in a broker environment with confidence in client interactions.
