What You'll Be Doing:

1. Managing and optimizing key internal software systems, including E-Commerce, CRM, and telephony platforms.
2. Liaising with third-party software providers to enhance performance and troubleshoot issues.
3. Overseeing the onboarding process for new employees from a technology perspective, ensuring all equipment and software is fully operational from day one.
4. Supporting the Marketing and HR teams in maintaining the company website, internal reporting, and staff training resources.
5. Ensuring seamless integration and performance of key platforms such as Reapit, DocuSign, and 8x8.
6. Working closely with internal teams to drive operational efficiency and support business growth.
7. Helping to develop and maintain online training guides and appraisal documents used across the company.
