The role - what you'll do:
As a Group Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the Platform & Growth team in developing Dext's self-service strategic capability, building and developing new growth pathways in the product while maximising net revenue and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Line manage and mentor PMs, onboard and manage new team members, support best practice and learning across the Product team through mentoring, collaboration and running the Product Guild.
- Identify, discover and drive opportunities to improve the discovery, onboarding and purchase experience of Dext products and services using quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Lead cross-functional and multi-team product delivery projects (e.g. Pricing & Packaging updates, Unification releases, Roles & Permissions redesign, Notifications centre).
- Manage the stakeholder landscape and make sure other departments in the business have their requirements processed, including the regional GMs and other commercial leads.
- Communicate and collaborate with senior leaders on roadmaps, opportunities and high-level project updates.
Success Measures:
- Net revenue retention.
- Product adoption rate/time to value.
- # of new client licences/upgrades purchased.
- 1-3 month churn rate.
About you - what we are looking for:

- 7+ years experience in product management, managing Agile development teams, Product best practice leader, skilled in using/working with other cross-functional methods (design, eng, data, research).
- 3+ years line management experience, managing other Product Managers.
- An expert in using data and user insights to make the right product decisions, at the right time.
- An effective practitioner of Agile methodologies and discovery techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting and reporting to C-level and other senior stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, Accounting Software or in another revenue growth area (desirable).
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS company, which has both a self-service and sales-led pipeline, would be a plus.
