What You Will Do:

1. Lead the day-to-day operations with full accountability for the P&L and cash flow, ensuring that objectives, standards, and targets are met.
2. Direct the senior management team, including General Managers and Managing Directors, across various functions such as Sales, Production, and Customer Service.
3. Engage actively in customer relations, focusing on winning and retaining business within the 1st and 2nd tier Automotive market.
4. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and exceptional customer service to drive profitable growth.
5. Develop and implement strategic plans, translating these into business objectives that are understood and embraced across the organisation.
6. Build robust relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to enhance the company’s market position.

What You Will Bring:

1. Proven experience at a senior management level with full P&L responsibility, preferably within an SME manufacturing or technical environment.
2. Strong track record of business development and customer relationship management in the automotive sector.
3. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and get the best out of the senior management team.
4. A degree in a technical or commercial discipline, ideally supported by a post-graduate qualification.
5. Financial acumen, commercial astuteness, and familiarity with contract negotiation and law.
