Job Description

• Oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
• Lead the finance team to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and statements.
• Implement financial strategies that align with company objectives.
• Coordinate with external auditors and handle tax matters.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes in the life science industry.
• Ensure effective financial risk management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group Financial Accountant should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Experience in leading a team in the Accounting and Finance department.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting operations.
• Proven ability in financial reporting and risk management.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
