T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Finance Manager for the Group Finance Function of this highly successful business. The Group Finance Manager role presents a great career step for a qualified accountant who has strong technical accounting skills to play a key part within a Head Office Finance Team.

Salary - up to £60,000 + Bonus & Benefits Package

What will you be doing as Group Finance Manager:

1. As Group Finance Manager will be part of the Group Services team supporting the Group Financial Controller and working alongside the Group Finance Director - Group Services.
2. Preparation of monthly Group Services management accounts.
3. Consolidation of the monthly management accounts.
4. Preparation of weekly activity reports.
5. Preparation of statutory accounts for both trading and dormant companies.
6. Preparation and review of budgets and forecasts.
7. Assist with the half year and year end process including statutory audit and tax.
8. Supporting the Group Financial Controller in managing the groups treasury position.
9. Maintenance of the Head Office ledgers and cost centres.

To be successful as Group Finance Manager, you will have the skills, experience and attributes:

1. Qualified Accountant preferred (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
2. Experience in the maintenance of ledgers and cost centres (preferably Sage Line 50).
3. Preparation of consolidated monthly financial reporting. Able to produce reliable and accurate reports in a timely fashion.
4. Preparation of VAT returns and statutory accounts (preferable).
5. Experience in year-end audit and tax process.
6. Broad business knowledge including commercial, market and financial awareness.
7. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
8. Communication skills - credible with senior management.
9. Relationship management - establishing and sustaining strong relationships with Divisional finance teams.
