As Group Finance Director, you shall manage the complex financial operations within a multi-site manufacturing environment. A pivotal role in the company's growth and restructuring journey, this position will shape the future of the business.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in turnaround strategies, financial consolidation, and working with private equity-backed organisations. With strong leadership and team management skills, you shall have a proven track record which has shown your ability to inspire and develop high-performing finance teams. Having the capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and change-oriented environment is essential, you shall have a strong technical background and analytical mind, with strong problem-solving capabilities and a keen eye for detail. Results-driven, with the ability to drive financial performance you shall have the skills and acumen to drive performance whilst delivering value to stakeholders. An influencer you shall have the skills and professional approach to drive financial accountability across a business to influence business results.
Formally qualified CIMA, ACA or ACCA (QBE is also considered) you will have solid experience within the manufacturing arena.
