Group Executive Chef

Up to £42,000 per annum (DOE)

Predominately Monday to Friday role; however, flexibility will be required at weekends for business needs.

Due to requirements of the role, ideally the candidate is required to live within 30 minutes travel to Pontefract. Must have driving license and access to a vehicle - mileage will be paid.

As Group Executive Chef, you'll oversee:

Menu development and approval
Ensuring consistent food quality across all locations
Leading health and safety culture
Meeting food production, labour, and GP targets
Driving continuous improvement and optimizing waste management practices

What We're Looking For:

Expert culinary skills
Experience as a Head or Exec Chef in contract catering or workplace environments
High-volume feeding expertise
Strong leadership and business management skills in a kitchen setting
