About the Role:
Polygon House Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Head Chef to lead our culinary operations. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, creativity, and a passion for excellence in food service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Menu Development: Create innovative, seasonal menus that align with our brand and customer expectations.
2. Staff Training: Lead and mentor kitchen teams, ensuring high standards of skill and efficiency.
3. System Creation: Implement and refine kitchen systems for consistency, efficiency, and cost control.
4. Quality Control: Maintain top-tier food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards across all locations.
5. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee kitchen equipment upkeep and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Group Head Chef or similar leadership role.
2. Strong background in menu development and cost control.
3. Ability to train, inspire, and manage multiple kitchen teams.
4. Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene regulations.
5. Hands-on, adaptable, and passionate about delivering high-quality food.
