A Group, Conference, and Events (GCE) Executive will maximise revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences, and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions.

What will I be doing?

  1. Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
  2. Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the Team
  3. Manage an events schedule to maximise yield
  4. Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach
  5. Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
  6. Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds
  7. Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
  8. Participate in hotel promotional activities

What are we looking for?

  1. Good organisational and administration skills
  2. Positive attitude and good communication skills
  3. Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  4. Confident telephone manner
  5. High level of IT skills
  6. Demonstrated previous experience working in a Sales environment
