Elvet Recruitment are recruiting a Site Manager on behalf of a long-standing regional groundworks & civil engineering contractor to manage project in the Bradford area.
The initial project will run for 18 months and includes 110 new plotworks to DPC as well as associated groundworks. The contractor are well known for their growth in recent years and are currently operating with a turnover of nearly £100m across NE & Yorkshire. Comfortable management systems in place & a structured organisation with large management team - meaning your job as Site Manager is made as smooth as possible.
Future packages will cover roads & sewers, plotworks & groundworks packages to new-build residential sites mainly with some commercial. Package values are up to £10m. Based out of a central office in West Yorkshire with ongoing works currently in Bradford, Leeds, Wakefield and surrounding areas.
On offer is a salary of up to £56,000.
