The Grounds Maintenance Supervisor will be the head groundsman, responsible for the meticulous upkeep and presentation of the Hawkhills estate, ensuring all lawns, driveways, flower beds, shrub borders, and hedges are maintained to the highest standard. This role involves overseeing and executing routine and seasonal maintenance, implementing best horticultural practices, and preserving the overall health and aesthetic appeal of the estate’s landscapes. The Supervisor will also manage a team, equipment, monitor plant health, and ensure the grounds remain immaculate year-round.
