The Grounds and Landscaping Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the 64-acre estate and two remote sites are maintained and developed to the highest possible standards. This position is essential to preserving the natural beauty, functionality, and safety of the grounds, including gardens, sports pitches, water features, and surrounding infrastructure.
The role combines technical expertise in horticulture, landscaping, and maintenance with hands-on work, contributing to the overall presentation and operational efficiency of the estate.
Job Description
The Estate and Grounds Manager will oversee the management, maintenance, and enhancement of the external areas at the Radbroke Campus. This role balances hands-on groundskeeping with strategic leadership, combining technical expertise with management responsibilities. By implementing a professional, sustainable, and innovative grounds maintenance strategy, the manager will ensure that the campus remains visually impressive, environmentally sustainable, and aligned with industry best practices. The role also focuses on long-term planning and project execution to continually improve the site’s functionality and aesthetics.
