In order to harness and leverage the growth we have experienced over recent years; our goal is to create a customer proposition that maximises both service and profitability. The Grocery Collection Operations Manager will be responsible for delivering a market leading customer service to our grocery collection customers and developing the proposition to enable us to grow with demand. This will be achieved by landing key projects to improve the operating model. In addition, you will need to build a network with key stakeholders across the business.

Reporting directly into the ecommerce collection operations senior manager, you will need to generate ideas and develop changes within the operating model and customer proposition. In order to achieve this, you will leverage technology and innovation and ensure that all changes are developed with a customer mind-set, considering a collaborative, everyday low cost (EDLC) approach.

In order to be successful in this role you will have:

• A strong understanding of eCommerce systems and technology, as well as previous exposure to eCommerce operations.
• Sound technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities will be essential to ensure you are able to hit the ground running.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills will be crucial in building your reputation across the business.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
• You will also need an awareness of the wider E-commerce market and our competitors.
