Key Responsibilities

1. Grinding of all copper and aluminium components to precise specifications.
2. Safe and efficient operation of a 4.5-inch grinder.
3. Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within set deadlines.
4. Adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean working environment.
5. Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and resolve any technical challenges.

Benefits
The benefits of the role include a competitive salary starting from £12.40 per hour (negotiable depending on experience), 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, time and a half for overtime, and a working schedule of Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, finishing at 1 pm on Friday.
