Job Description:

Lead Graphic Designer – Entertainment Marketing

London | Hybrid | Full-Time

We’re working with a dynamic creative agency that specialises in bringing entertainment brands to life through innovative storytelling, high-impact campaigns, and cutting-edge design. From strategic roadmaps to pitch-perfect presentations and consumer-facing campaigns, they create work that truly resonates with audiences.

They’re on the lookout for a talented Lead Graphic Designer to join their London team. This is a hands-on role that requires someone with a passion for entertainment marketing and a strong portfolio showcasing pitch presentations, digital content, brand experiences, and campaign assets—covering AV, key art, social media, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Creative Direction: Lead the design and execution of integrated marketing materials, from pitch decks to large-scale promotional campaigns.
  • Presentation & Layout Design: Craft visually compelling presentations and sales materials for key entertainment industry partners.
  • Brand & Marketing Assets: Design striking social media graphics, print collateral, and retail promotional materials.
  • Experiential & Environmental Design: Develop immersive brand experiences through innovative visual storytelling.
  • Project Management: Work closely with clients to translate briefs into actionable design strategies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of designers, overseeing the creative process and ensuring best-in-class design output.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 7+ years in a creative agency or in-house studio, specifically within entertainment marketing.
  • Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus.
  • Presentation Software: Strong skills in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to blend creativity with commercial insight, crafting campaigns that deliver impact.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience managing teams, providing mentorship, and upholding creative excellence.
  • Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of film, streaming, and television marketing with a pulse on emerging trends.
  • London-Based: This hybrid role requires in-office collaboration 2-3 days per week, so candidates must be local.

*Candidates must have a portfolio that showcases entertainment (film and tv - across print and digital campaigns).
