Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Graphic Designer with a strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of professional experience in graphic design and possess an in-depth understanding of t-shirt templates and sublimation printing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design high-quality t-shirt templates with attention to detail and creativity.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are optimized for sublimation printing.
• Develop original artwork and modify existing designs to meet client requirements.
• Ensure accurate color matching and image quality for all print projects.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, especially in sublimation printing techniques and fashion design.
• Maintain organized design files and documentation for future reference and updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong knowledge of t-shirt templates, sublimation printing, and garment design.
• Proven ability to create high-quality, print-ready designs for apparel.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for color, layout, and composition.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the fashion or apparel industry.
• Familiarity with other printing processes (e.g., screen printing, DTF).
