As a Graphic Designer, you will be a key part of the Creative team, responsible for bringing to life creative executions and activations across the business. With a strong design sensibility and a flair for modern, innovative storytelling, you’ll help elevate the brand across all touchpoints—ensuring our communications resonate with audiences both within and beyond the world of sport.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional visual design across a range of media including digital, print, experiential and event-based projects.
  • Supporting the communication of the AMF1 brand personality, values, and stories through compelling design and visual storytelling.
  • Contributing to strategic thinking around how design and branding shape perceptions and inspire fans, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Working collaboratively across the marketing department—including creative, editorial, spatial/events, partnerships, commercial, and production teams.
  • Creating and presenting design concepts and campaign decks using mockups, moodboards, and on-brand graphics.
  • Interpreting and evolving the AMF1 identity across all creative executions while staying aligned with established brand guidelines.
  • Presenting design concepts in meetings, receiving and implementing feedback effectively.
  • Participating in brainstorming and ideation sessions to develop fresh, culturally connected ideas.
  • Briefing and managing external freelancers on relevant projects.
  • Supporting day-to-day marketing needs including content creation for social media, presentation design, campaign development, and creative mockups.

What you will need to be successful in this role:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • Strong grasp of typography, layout, composition, and image editing.
  • Experience in both digital and print design, with a good awareness of production processes.
  • A solid understanding of motion graphics or animation is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable collaborating across departments and presenting creative work to stakeholders.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a creative, brand-led approach.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering premium visual output.
  • Adaptable, curious, and passionate about staying on top of design and cultural trends.
