For this role, the stages of the recruitment process are:

What you'll do
- You will be responsible for concept, development and delivery of design work across print and digital channels, which align with the Dorchester Collection brand and hotels, under the guidance of our Design Manager, Senior Graphic Designer and the wider brand team.
- Develop concepts, graphics and layouts, making decisions around fonts, images and readability, which will resonate with Dorchester Collection target markets.
- Work closely with our design team, to produce designs that enhance our brand identity and connect with our audience.
- Create visually compelling designs for a range of marketing materials including, but not limited to, print and digital assets, social content, web banners, info graphics and presentations.
- Explore new concepts and ideas that push creative boundaries, while aligning with our aesthetic.
- You will manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst ensuring deadlines are met without compromise to design or brand quality.
- You will assist in the development and maintenance of brand assets, templates and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate on workflow and processes within the Design Team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional international teams, at varying levels (including Sales, Marketing, Digital and Hotel teams) to understand project requirements. Develop ideas and concepts into effective designs and provide design support as needed.
- You will prepare artwork for print, with the ability to follow design specifications, and liaise with external suppliers and printers ensuring levels of quality and consistency are maintained.
- You will ensure all design work is created to the highest standards which adhere to the Dorchester Collection and hotels brand guidelines.

What you'll bring
Essential Skills and Requirements
- You have previous experience in a similar role, ideally in-house
- Awareness of the luxury hospitality market
- A strong visual aesthetic and a passion for creativity
- A keen eye for detail, composition, and storytelling through design.
- You’ll have previous experience in both digital and print design, and are proficient in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- You are able to manage time and projects effectively, meeting deadlines
- You are confident to challenge briefs and problem solve
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field, or an equivalent degree or experience
Preferred Skills
- A good working knowledge of After Effects and Figma would be advantageous
