Graphic Designer

Job Title: Graphic Designer (3-Month Contract with Potential for Permanent Role)

Location: Sheffield, UK (Office-Based)

Employment Type: Full-Time (3-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our team in Sheffield on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential to become a permanent position.

This role is ideal for a freelancer looking for more security, or an early-career designer ready to take the next step. You’ll work on a variety of exciting projects and gain valuable experience in a collaborative, supportive environment — reporting directly to our Creative Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually engaging assets for both print and digital use
• Assist in creating branding materials, marketing campaigns, and promotional content
• Design graphics for social media, websites, and email campaigns
• Prepare artwork for production, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines
• Contribute creative ideas during team brainstorming sessions
• Work with team members to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality design work
• Report to the Creative Director, receiving guidance and feedback on creative output and direction

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design (or relevant experience)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout
• Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environment
• Bonus: Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g. After Effects)
