Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Reading (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE

What You'll Do:

1. Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to create eye-catching graphics, layouts, and visuals for digital and print media.
2. Design marketing assets such as social media posts, banners, ads, email templates, and more.
3. Develop branding materials, including logos, style guides, and presentation decks.
4. Work on UX/UI designs to enhance the user experience across digital platforms.
5. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
6. Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices to keep our visuals fresh and innovative.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
2. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Canva.
3. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
4. Experience with web design, including responsive layouts and understanding of UI/UX principles.
5. Ability to take creative direction and provide your own fresh ideas and solutions.
