About the Business Division:

This role is part of ONE Health Communications, a subsidiary of M3 Inc., which is a specialist Healthcare Communications agency working in partnership with our clients to deliver end-to-end marketing services across three key areas of Media Buying, Creative and Content and Email, currently employing a team of 32. This is supported by Data4NHS, providing one of the largest GDPR compliant email databases of Healthcare Professionals (HCP) in the UK.

Job Description:

The position focuses on developing and delivering first-class design solutions for all digital and print marketing communications materials (from print material e.g. stands, sales aids, leave-pieces to digital material e.g. email design, promotional banners, website, landing pages, as well as storyboards to name a few).

Responsibilities:

• An excellent mid-level designer with a passion, who enjoys designing from scratch, and/or working with existing brands.
• Coming up with designs that will set us above the competitors!
• Responsible for producing high-quality graphic design outputs.
• Supporting and collaborating with other members of the team to develop creative concepts and design plans to meet medical brand marketing and editorial objectives.
• Manage creative deliverables within project timelines and brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Delivering carefully crafted and well-structured design files and handover notes for development.

Qualifications:

Technical requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite essential (InDesign, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience using Squarespace CMS would be very useful.
• Illustration/motion design experience would be a bonus.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
