Job Description

Forest’s ad platform reaches over 1M users through our e-bike network creating industry beating click through rates and engagement, whilst allowing ad spend to decarbonise our cities.

We are searching for a hard-working designer with a high level of attention to detail to predominantly help the Commercial side of our business.

Reporting to the Creative Brand Manager, you’ll be adhering to our brand guidelines, working predominantly on the Commercial side of the business. This includes presentation design, creating advertising mockups for our advertising partners (both on the app and on our ebike itself), creating templates in Figma for the Commercial team to adhere to, and dipping into the day to day design tasks generally at Forest too.

This role is perfect for a recent graphic design graduate or early career designer who wants to find their footing in a fast paced in-house environment.

Responsibilities

As a Designer at Forest, your key responsibilities include:

• Adhere to our brand guidelines to create professional and consistent graphics
• Prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects
• Consistent and high-spec presentation design (Figma, Google Slides)
• Create high-end mockups of advertising on our app & our bike (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma)

Role Requirements

You might be a great fit if:

• You have proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Figma
• You have a bachelor’s degree in design, or graphic/digital design or related fields
• You have experience multi-tasking various projects at a time, making sure no deadlines are missed, and the quality of the final product is not compromised
• You have good interpersonal skills, the ability to take on constructive feedback and enjoy collaborating with others
• You have a can do attitude and a willingness to learn
• You have an good eye for both big picture and details
• You like cycling!

Bonuses but not essential:

• 1+ years of experience working as digital graphic designer within an organisation, as part of a marketing department
• You’ve previously worked in a startup environment
• Knowledge of photography
• Knowledge of After Effects
