Carter Murray is pleased to be partnering with a leading International Recruitment Group, headquartered in London who are seeking to add a talented Senior Designer or Graphic Designer to their marketing team.
The Graphic Designer will play a key role in their central marketing team, working with several team members and stakeholders to produce high quality visual content to support our global marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for enhancing and managing the brand and design strategy to create compelling content to enhance their brands’ position in their markets and to drive a compelling visual narrative.
You will be the gatekeeper for a defined brand strategy, ensuring consistency of design across all channels, while influencing the evolution of this strategy as they grow and develop as a business.
Duties & responsibilities
- Designing creative graphic layouts for print and digital for multiple brands operating globally.
- Supporting the global marketing team with creating print and digital collateral such as: annual salary surveys and thought leadership reports, company brochures, print and digital ads, infographics, event invitations, email templates.
- Supporting Head of Digital with user journey mapping, CRO and designing website updates, home and landing pages.
- Be proactive in keeping the wider marketing team up to date with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Creating digital ads, social media images/videos, banners.
- Creating/editing videos.
- Photo and image editing.
- Support with Microsoft Word/PowerPoint documents when necessary.
- Manage freelancer and review work.
- Continue to build image, footage, and audio library.
- Training marketing team members on using design software to better utilise design resources.
Key skills:
- Proven work experience as a graphic and web/UX designer
- Sound knowledge of print
- Design for digital channels
- Expert in using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator
- Good knowledge of video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects
- WordPress & HTML/CSS experience is advantageous
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools: Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail
