Graphic Designer

Location: Liverpool (Hybrid: 2-3 days in the studio, with flexible remote options)

Are you a creative and driven Graphic Designer looking to elevate your career? We’re searching for a talented designer to join a forward-thinking design agency based in Liverpool, working across a variety of projects, including banners, websites, email campaigns, branding, and digital marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development: Craft visually compelling web banners, website layouts, email templates, and other digital assets that align with client branding and objectives.
  • Branding & Identity: Help develop and maintain brand identities, ensuring consistency across logos, typography, and design elements.
  • Email Campaigns: Design email templates that drive engagement and align with digital marketing goals.
  • Collaboration: Partner with clients, developers, and fellow designers to deliver high-quality designs on time and within scope.
  • User Experience (UX): Apply UX principles to web and email designs, ensuring intuitive and engaging user journeys.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with deadlines.

Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing banners, websites, email designs, branding, and digital assets.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – experience with Figma or Sketch is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and their application in digital design.
  • Ability to interpret client briefs, present design concepts, and bring ideas to life.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
