Midweight Graphic Designer

Location: Buckinghamshire

Salary: £32-35k DOE

About the Role:

Are you a Midweight Graphic Designer with bold ideas, sharp skills, and a hunger to push creative boundaries? My client, an award-winning creative agency, is looking for a versatile, multi-skilled designer to join their team. Your portfolio should demonstrate your ability to create stand-out work across static, motion, branding, and digital. You’ll be someone who’s always on top of the latest creative trends, loves collaborating, and wants to grow in an ambitious agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Designing high-impact visuals across digital, social, motion, and print.
  2. Challenging briefs—taking them, questioning them, and making them better.
  3. Pushing creative boundaries—bringing originality and fresh ideas to every project.
  4. Producing pixel-perfect work—visually striking, technically polished.
  5. Collaborating with teams and clients—iterating and refining based on feedback.

You must have at least three years’ experience (agency, freelance, or in-house) and a portfolio that showcases:

  1. Online & offline, static & motion, branding & campaigns.
  2. Digital, animation, and artworking.
  3. Smart, original ideas that push design boundaries.
  4. Thinks beyond the brief—brings fresh perspectives and new approaches.
