- STRABAG UK Infrastructure is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to support our Business Development function. This role will be split between the Growth & Strategy function and the Pre-Construction function, providing high-quality visual content that enhances our brand, supports marketing campaigns, and strengthens bid proposals. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of STRABAG UK Infrastructure, ensuring consistency and impact across all external and internal communications.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Development & Visual Identity: Ensure consistency in brand application across all marketing and business development materials.
- Marketing Support: Design visually compelling presentations, brochures, reports, and other marketing materials for the Growth & Strategy team.
- Bid & Proposal Design: Collaborate with the Pre-Construction team to create high-quality graphics, infographics, and layouts for tender submissions and client proposals.
- Digital Content Creation: Develop graphics, animations, and other digital assets for use on social media, websites, and internal communications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business development, marketing, and bid teams to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals.
- Innovation & Creativity: Stay up to date with design trends and bring fresh ideas to elevate STRABAG UK’s visual communications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within construction, engineering, or professional services.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating previous work.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience designing bid/proposal documents and marketing materials.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across different teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of video editing and animation software (such as After Effects) is desirable but not essential.
- A degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
