What you'll do

Reporting to the creative lead, the Graphic Designer is responsible for designing visual assets across all touchpoints for Marks & Spencer.

In this varied role, we are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer - you will develop first-class design ideas, with a primary focus on assisting the creative team in delivering exceptional in-store POS experiences. Collaborating with other creatives within the design team to ensure consistent branding while crafting visually impactful in-store solutions.

We're looking for somebody with tons of ideas and passion, to be an integral member of the marketing design studio. You'll be enterprising and independent, curious and unafraid to explore areas you're not familiar with. To keep up with the fast pace, you'll be a master juggler, adept at managing your time, making and justifying decisions.

  • Translate brand strategies and insights into compelling creative ideas.
  • Be the POS guardian and keep in-store guidelines and templates up to date.
  • Present and critique your own work and, when needed, contribute in diverse group settings.

Who you are

  • Excellent visual design skills, with proven experience of working to brand graphic guidelines.
  • Ability to work across print and digital designs if needed.
  • Previous experience working in fashion retail.
  • Must be highly organised and able to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and have a working knowledge of After Effects.
  • Design degree in a relevant field, such as graphic design.
