Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and inspire a team of designers to deliver high-quality creative work.
2. Develop innovative and impactful designs across various media (digital, print, branding, etc.).
3. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into effective design solutions.
4. Oversee the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design techniques.

What We're Looking For

1. Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
2. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
3. A keen eye for detail, strong typography skills, and a passion for visual storytelling.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend your design ideas.
