About

Graphic Designer
Location - Chatham
Salary - £37,000
Hours - Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support senior designers in creating print and digital artwork for various clients.
  2. Work includes, but is not limited to: POSM/Packaging artwork, 3D concept design, motion graphics, digital trade content, logo creation, catalogues, exhibition displays, AR.
  3. Knowledge of studio procedures and handling fast-turnaround creative briefs in a high-pressure environment.
  4. Ensure high-quality, print-ready designs while adhering to brand guidelines and retailer requirements.
  5. Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to translate ideas into finished designs.
  6. Manage multiple projects, prioritising deadlines effectively.

Candidate Requirements

  1. Minimum 4 years' experience in a design environment.
  2. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop).
  3. 3D/Animation/Motion Graphics skills an advantage.
  4. Experience with 3D and motion graphics (Rhino 3D, V-Ray, Blender, Premiere, After Effects) is a plus.
  5. Understanding of the print process and avoiding print-related issues.
  6. Knowledge of social media imagery standards.
  7. Point-of-sale design experience preferred.
  8. Strong collaboration, communication, and brainstorming skills.
  9. Energetic, flexible, proactive, and diligent with a strong focus on quality and timely delivery.
  10. Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
  11. Keen eye for detail and creativity, with experience working closely with teams and clients.
