Graphic Design Manager

We're looking for an experienced Graphic Design Manager to join our Content team!

We are looking for a proactive and inspiring Graphic Design Manager to lead and manage the design team in delivering exceptional creative content across various platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of our brand, ensuring that all brand content is cohesive, high-quality, and aligned with our strategic objectives. You’ll be responsible for managing a variety of creative outputs, including organic and paid social media content, brand decks, billboards, marketing activations, motion content, site layout design, and more.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, CRM, and e-commerce to create a unified and consistent brand image.
• Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively at all levels, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on brand vision.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with Department Heads, providing design support, insights, and guidance to influence strategic decisions.
• Oversee the creation and delivery of various design assets including social media content, brand decks, billboards, printed materials, and marketing activations.
• Maintain and update the company website, optimising design layouts and content for user experience and brand consistency.
• Execute image retouching and editing as needed to ensure polished, high-quality visuals.
• Ensure all design work meets the highest standards of creativity, quality, and brand consistency.
• Monitor team performance and design processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Motivate and inspire the design team to consistently produce high-quality work.
• Delegate tasks effectively and manage the team's workloads to ensure deadlines are met and projects run smoothly.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior and mid-level designers to foster growth and development.
• Hire and train new designers, ensuring they integrate smoothly into the team and contribute to the department's success.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma.
• Proven experience in motion design and animation.
• Strong understanding of branding and the ability to create cohesive and on-brand designs across various channels and mediums.
• A passion for fashion and understanding of current trends in the industry.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
• Experience leading and mentoring a creative team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
