Position: SEN Teaching Assistant, Hillingdon

Pay: £85-£100 per day

Availability: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Start Date: Immediate

What Will You Be Doing?

1. Supporting students across four key areas of need:
2. Communication and interaction
3. Cognition and learning
4. Social, emotional, and mental health difficulties
5. Sensory and/or physical needs

Working closely with class teachers and therapy teams to help students achieve their goals. Gaining hands-on experience with various needs, including mild to severe learning difficulties, Autism, sensory impairments, and physical disabilities.

What Are We Looking For?

1. A genuine commitment to supporting children with additional needs.
2. Previous experience in SEN (advantageous but not required).
3. Training in PECS, Makaton, manual handling, or hoisting (preferred but not essential).
4. Adaptability, self-motivation, and the ability to take initiative.
