They are a financial planning-led investment management firm with a professional and personal approach. They currently have c. £410m assets under management, are privately owned, based in central London.
If you are a motivated self-starter wanting to join a small but fast-growing team to kick start your career in wealth management, look no further. The role will predominantly be to assist the Financial Planning team and to work towards your wealth management qualifications.
Responsibilities:
General support to the financial planning team in servicing clients.
Preparing client meeting packs and relevant supporting documents in advance of client meetings.
Communicating with plan providers to obtain client information.
Maintaining client information accurately on the firm’s software Xplan.
Producing appropriate, clear and accurate written correspondence to a high standard, both to providers and clients via email and by post.
Dealing effectively with the submission of new business, including accurate completion and submission of application forms.
To achieve a good technical knowledge relevant to financial planning.
Must be able to attend the office 5 days a week.
