Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30

Graduate Transport Planner required for a market leading consultancy who specialise in Transport Planning and Highways Design. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable company who work on a diverse range of projects in both the private and public sectors. This company are truly committed to staff development and training.

This role would suit a graduate (or equivalent) who has studied a subject related to transport planning, geography, civil engineering or similar with an interest in transport planning.

The successful candidate will be joining an existing team of 25 during an exciting period of growth. You will be responsible for preparing documentation such as transport assessments and statements. You will also be responsible for junction modelling and preparing and presenting technical data and drawings.

The Graduate Transport Planner Role

  1. Transport assessments and transport statements
  2. Junction capacity assessments using ARCADY, PICADY and LINSIG
  3. Prepare travel plans and plan coordination
  4. Liaison with clients, contractors and national authorities
  5. Office based with occasional travel requirements (approx. 1x a month)
