As the Graduate Trainee L&D Administrator / Administration Assistant you will work closely with the L&D Advisor and wider Human Resources / HR team where you’ll be the backbone of the L&D operations. Working as the Graduate Trainee L&D Administrator / Administration Assistant you will organise training sessions and liaise with external providers to craft engaging communications and keep the learning systems up to date. Your attention to detail, energy, and passion for development will help ensure your colleagues are empowered to succeed.
